Set Up Time - 15min - 1 person, less than 10 min with 2 people
This 8' x 8' display wall can be set up by 1 person although 2 people is preferred. Total set up time for 1 person is about 15 min. Straight pole sections are bungeed together and attach to the corners. Joints are all numbered, so just match the numbers and set up will be quick. Slipping the fabric over the frame is easiest with 2 people working together, but 1 can do it. Once the fabric is over the frame you tension the fabric by zippering the bottom under the bottom bar (easiest if the frame is laying down)
About the Fabric Used in this Tube Display Frame
Your graphic will be printed on a lightweight polyester stretch fabric using a dye sublimation process in which the threads of the fabric are dyed during the printing process. 400-degree heat is used on the fabric and ink in order to dye the threads giving you a vibrant, full color, long lasting print.Material: 100% PESWeight: 190 g/m²B1 Fire Rating: Fire Certificate
To clean your display fabric we recommend washing on a cold water, gentle cycle setting with a color friendly detergent. You can either air dry or tumble dry on a low-temperature setting in the dryer.
If your fabric gets wrinkled or creased from folding it's an easy fix. Generally, the stretch fabric eliminates any creases when pulled taught over the frame. The fabric can also be steamed to look good as new.
About the Display Frame
The frame is made of 1-1/4" dia aluminum tube. Very lightweight at about 10lbs. Breaks down into approx 2' sections which are bungee corded together for easy setup. Sections snap together with snap pins. No tools are needed to erect this frame and it would take 1 person less than 10 minutes to assemble. All the joints are numbered for easy assembly, simply match up the numbers and you will be done in no time.
About the Lights
Lights are 18w LEDs on an arm that sticks out from the frame. The lights are attached with a "C" type aluminum clamp on the bar of the frame. Typically you would want at least 2 lights on this 8' frame, 3 is better and 4 will get you noticed. This frame type is difficult to add lights to both sides if you have a double-sided graphic since there is really no place to run the wires along the top of the display.

Assemble the frame - Less the feet
Pull the fabric over the frame and pull on the sides evenly.
They may catch a bit on the tube joints, just pull the fabric out and over to continue.
Once the fabric is on the frame it is easiest to lay the frame down to zip the fabric under the bottom tube.
Zipping the fabric
Find the end where the zipper is to start.
Grab both sides of the fabric and pull around the bottom tube of the frame. This stretches the fabric and makes it easier to set the zipper.
Start the zipper and zip it across the bottom of the stand, pulling the fabric down if need be.
Add the feet to your Zip Stand and stand it up.
These tube frames can be easily adjusted if there is a twist to the frame after the fabric is on. Simply twist the frame until it is flat. The tension of the fabric will hold it where you set it.
