20' x 8' Tension Fabric Pop Up Display

This narrow fabric pop up display is great for trade shows as a side section to a full backdrop wall, or place 2 back to back for a free standing tower that can stand alone. Eye catching dye sublimated graphics are washable and waterproof. Set up of this pop up is only minutes and is easy for one person. Custom printed from your files, you can create that one of a kind look that compliments your booth or display.

Easily change out the fabric graphic in minutes and save the cost of buying a new frame. The fabric has velcro sewn in and simply attaches to the receptive velcro hook on the frame.

Production Time:

Production time starts the next business day from the time of proof approval

Light Blocking Liner

Because of the structure of the pop up frame, shadows can be seen from the front side if there is backlighting. The light blocking liner is made of an opaque material that blocks any backlighting from creating these shadows onto the graphic. The liner is recommended if you're unsure about the lighting at your event especially if you will not be using the add-on lights. The liner will be shipped folded, unattached from the frame. Upon receipt, the liner is applied by hooking the square holes over the front top knuckles of the frame draping the rest along the backside of the frame. To keep the liner in place, velcro strips are placed on the back top knuckles of the frame as well as the bottom left and right corners of the fabric. When it's time to disassemble, the liner needs to be removed before collapsing the frame.

LED Lights

Optional LED lights that slide onto a clip at the top of the frame. You always want light on your display and the more the better. We recommend 5 LED lights for the 10x8 Popup Frame.

Care and Use

Care & Use of the 20x8 Pop Up Display

We use a dye sublimation process to print on lightweight 100% woven polyester crease resistance fabric. The dye sublimation process permanently dyes the fabric creating a vivid colorful graphic that does not peel or fade. Your custom printed fabric is washable and folds up for easy storage.

Washing your fabric backdrop

You can place your fabric into a washing machine, as long as it fits, to get out any dirt.
The drying process in a dry creates a very high heat, which is not recommended for your fabric. Please hang dry or use a low-heat, tumble-type setting.

Steaming

We recommend using a steamer to remove creases and wrinkles

Lifespan

Your printed fabric will last many years with normal care. Slight fading may occur with multiple washes and may also occur when exposed to direct sunlight for a long period of time.

DO NOT STORE FABRIC IN PLASTIC. STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE

Application Process

Fabric Dye Sublimation Printing Process

We use a Dye-Sublimation printing process to print all our fabric products. Dye Sublimation printing is a top-of-the-line printing process which produces a vibrant, permanent printed graphic. The images will never build up, peal or fade from the fabric.

The dye-sublimation printer heats up to about 400 degrees to bond the dye to the fabric fibers permanently dying the fabric.

Changing the Graphic

The tension fabric display graphic has velcro sewn onto the back to allow it to attach to the frame. To replace the fabric, simply lay the frame down and release the velcro. Take your new fabric and attach it to the velcro on the frame and you are done. Watch video on graphic replacement.
