10x4 Lay Flat Banner



Made with a multi layer vinyl materials these banners tend to lay flatter than standard 13oz banners.  Without hems these banners are similar to paper posters but much more durable.  The Super Smooth PET lays the flatest and imagaes the better of these 2, but both are very good.

15 oz Lay Flat Vinyl Banner

  • 15 oz blockout banner material is made of 3 layers of vinyl, with the middle layer being a opaque material that blocks light from coming through.  
  • 3 layer composite helps the material lay flatter than standard banner material
  • Smooth finish allows for great photo quality printing
  • When hung it looks more like a poster than a banner
  • Fantastic product for indoor use instead of paper posters
  • Passes NFPA 701-2010

PET Material - Best imaging material, great for photos seen up close

  • SuperSmooth PET Blockout is a 15 oz. smooth, scrimless, blockout banner material.
  • This media is engineered primarily for indoor use and has a no curl formula giving it a lay-flat appearance without having to use hemming tapes.
  • The blockout layer in SuperSmooth PET Blockout is made of matted PET, which allows for easier separation during the recycling process
  • Meets requirements perscribed in Chapter 10 of NFPA 710-2004

Design Templates

  • Press PDF, EPS, JPG files are preferred, with text converted to outlines or curves in pdf and eps files.
  • CMYK, RGB, and Pantone Spot all work fine.
  • Image resolution should be approx 125dpi at final size for best printing.
  • Large files should be uploaded after the order is placed using the "File Upload" tab at the top of the website.
  • Bleeds should be included if possible at 1/4" on all sides
  • Lenses or transparenies should be rasterized to avoid printing issues

How to order with multiple or large files

  • After you place your order, go to our "File Upload" tab located on the top of the home page. There you can upload up to 6 files at a time, if you have more than 6 , simply send another set.
  • We connect your order and your files by the email you use on your order and the file upload.  If we have any questions we will let you know.
  • We will be in contact with you on all orders before we go to print.
