15' wide x 8' high CUSTOM PRINTED HANGING FABRIC BACKDROP
• This low cost fabric tradeshow backdrop is easily hung off the rented tube backdrop at most shows. • Hang using wire "S" hooks and pull taught to the side poles with fishing line or string or use the optional pole pockets to slide over a jumbo tube frame• Always check with the event planner to make sure they allow you to hang lightweight fabric on their drape structures.• Lightweight 100% woven polyester crease resistant fabric folds up and stores easily, and is washable.• Soft and inviting fabric gets you noticed.• Custom printed from your file with a vibrant long lasting Dye Sublimation process• Treated with Class A Fire Retardant, certified to meet NFPA-701 Small Scale• Actual Fabric Size 90" tall x 180" wideDesign Specs
Full 15'x8': • Print area is 180"x96" • Bleed of background should be 1" on all sides • Safe area - try and keep important info at least 3" in from the print area border. Trade Show Size 180" wide x 90" tall; • Print area is 180" w x 90" h • Bleed of background should be 1" on all sides • Safe area - try and keep important info at least 3" in from the print area border. High Resolution JPG files work best, but we can take EPS, PDF, AI, files.Images should be 100-125 dpi at final sizeRGB files work great. CMYK work alsoFiles can be uploaded before or after order using the file upload page at top of site.Files can be at a proportional size (such as 1/2 or 1/4 scale) if needed.OPTIONAL POLE POCKETS (Grommets and Pole Pockets can be used together)
Add pole pockets to top only or top and bottom. Remember there will be a sew line approx 3" in when choosing this option. These pole pockets will fit a 1.25" dia. pole.
OPTIONAL GROMMENTS
Grommets can be added to the top to allow for hanging. We recommend the grommets be place 1' apart for best hanging and also you may want to tie off the fabric to the sides to smooth out the top of the banner.
Edge Finish
Edges are finished with rolled hem
Advantages of dye-sublimation
- Images are permanent and do not peel or fade.
- Dye does not build up on the fabric.
- Colors can be extraordinarily brilliant due to the bonding of the dye to the fabric fibers during the 400 deg heat press phase.
